BIANCHI SALON, Royal Oak, Michigan

This 5000 SF in-fill project is located 4 blocks north of Royal Oak’s popular downtown.  The site was previously occupied by a used car dealership.  The original structure was demolished and the new structure was sited at the front property line to continue the building edge established in the downtown.  The salon features 17’ tall ceilings, generous window openings and a floating mezzanine.  Project included building and interior design.
